The Department of Feeder Roads,(DFR) under the Ministry of Roads and Highways (MoRH) has been working assiduously since the cutting of sod for the commencement of the Kwahu Pepease-Sadan Road.
The construction of the road was started on 24th December, 2018.
The road which is 4.7km is expected to accommodate many vehicles travelling in both directions as well as pedestrians.
For over decades, the road had been commuted by people in the neighboring communities on foot which they usually complained about delay in business transactions.
Drivers in the those areas are optimistic that the completion of the road will create an avenue for them to transport goods and people without having to spend more hours or having their vehicle parts damaged.
Dr. Edward Newton Osei Appah who masterminded the construction of the road from the onset has given hope to both drivers, farmers, and all commuters who use the Pepease-Sadan road.
Supervision is stringently ongoing to ensure that the work is completed in the stipulated time.
